The what?
We charge a cost-recovery reimbursement based fee for pool or spa heating. The pool is $90/day (first 7-days, then bespoke pricing), and the spa is $40/day (first 7-days, then bespoke pricing). if you booked through Airbnb we apologize but this is not an option we are able to extend to your stay due to the platforms strict rules.
The why?
To offset energy costs, maximize guest enjoyment, ensure fairness remains a core element of our approach to pricing and to reduce or remove unneeded resource use.
The how?
Fees are collected electronically as part of this registration process (see below). payment must occur in full prior to the heating window

Anything else you need to know?
Minimum: there's a two-day minimum for all heating, so weekend stays will be charged for the entire stay.
Some customization for long stays: For longer stays, we can customize overall, but the 2-day minimum still applies.
Call out fee for mid-stay start: Starting heating mid-stay will incur a call out fee.

A Credit or Debit payment using a card from Visa, Mastercard or Discover (ie non-American Express cards) would be our next preferred option. Please note these cards will attract a 3% payment processing fee.
