They were incredibly chill and easy to deal with from start to finish. I loved their genuine appreciation for the home and its design—it is always wonderful to host guests who seem to take to a space.
f anything I just wish their weekend had of stretched longer as it felt like it went by so quickly! It was also a pleasure to provide a backdrop for Donna to celebrate her birthday.
They left the house in a truly exceptional state, I actually wondered at one point if they'd even been here it was so spotless, which I appreciate more than I can say. Donna and Ariel are welcome back anytime, and I very much hope they do. I totally recommend them very highly to any other hosts.​​

Instead of spending money on a Midcentury Modern house tour we were happy to spend it on this booking and actually live.

I loved how quintessentially Palm Springs this property is. The decor is really fun and really put us into a vacation mindset. We have done many rentals for vacation and this is the most well thought out and accommodating place we have ever stayed. Adam had everything we wanted for a great stay.
The location was perfect for us.
Palm Springs has pretty strict rules about outside music. This is something fully out of the hosts control, but it something we will keep in mind when renting in Palm Springs in the future.

We ladies had a lovely two week vacation marred only by unexpected bad storms.​

The location was excellent in the historic Twin Palms neighborhood. Could not have been a better location.
The pool was so lovely and we did pay to heat it and well worth it in February. The house had everything you could possibly need and muffin treats and wine.when we arrived.
The girls rented bikes and made grocery and book runs as there is a tiny library in the neighborhood.
The house has a number of outside areas besides the pool where we could spread out and read and relax. We would recommend the house. Plenty of room for three couples or families. Palm Springs is a great town and do take tours to see the amazing architecture.

Terrible unusual storms the first week, but no one can control that. :-) Some issues with Wifi and Tv but owner resolved them.

It is fantastic that you were able to make the most of our location in the historic Twin Palms neighborhood, exploring on bikes and taking in the incredible local architecture. I'm jealous in all the best ways!
Those unusual storms during your first week were certainly something else, but I truly appreciate your understanding and good humor about the weather (fortunately I can report we've seen nothing quite like it since). I am also glad I was able to get those brief Wi-Fi and TV issues sorted out quickly for you so you could get back to relaxing.

Our stay at this Palm Springs property was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Adam, the host, had put so much thought and care into every detail.
The home was beautifully styled with a true mid-century modern vibe — gorgeous artwork, stylish furniture, and vintage touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The attention to detail was next level: Adam even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy and some special drinks for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The garden was lush and beautifully maintained, and the pool area felt like a private oasis — perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or winding down under the stars.
Communication with Adam throughout our stay was a breeze; he was always available and made everything so easy. It’s rare to find a place with this much love, style, and care poured into it. We’re already planning our next visit — this property is a true Palm Springs gem!

A Magical Reunion at The Twin Palms Art House
​
We chose The Twin Palms Art House for our annual sibling reunion, and it exceeded every expectation. The modern art and creative decor initially caught our eye, but the fantastic layout and comfort made us stay.
The home is incredibly well-appointed with ample seating inside and out—from the living areas to the fire pit and BBQ zone. The lighting creates a magical atmosphere; my wife particularly loved the festive outdoor lights and the flamingos floating in the illuminated pool.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped for gourmet meals and serving over a dozen guests. The three bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of plush towels.
Beyond the amenities, the house was spotless, safe (excellent security), and perfectly located near downtown and the airport.
Adam, our host, was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about guest satisfaction. We highly recommend this gem!

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review! It was an absolute privilege to be the venue for your annual sibling reunion. Having five siblings myself, I know how meaningful it is to get the whole family together, so it really touched me that Twin Palms Art House could serve as the backdrop for that connection.
I am thrilled that the layout worked so well for your group and that the nighttime lighting (and the flamingos!) helped create that magical atmosphere you were looking for.
One of my favourite movies of all time is Baz Luhrman’s Romeo and Juliet from 1996 (starting to show my age there, LOL), and it inspired the outdoor lighting. I don't know if you remember it but many of the most beautiful and magical scenes in that movie are tipped over the threshold from cool to OMG-amazing by the array of carnival lights or fairy lights they deployed. They look almost erratic but they aren’t, there very intentional indeed. I've tried to recreate a little slice of that at the property so I'm beyond glad it was impactful for you all. I really appreciate that feedback.
On a personal note, thank you for being such communicative, kind, and gracious guests. You are exactly the type of travelers every host hopes for, and I would recommend you to anyone. You are welcome back here anytime—whether for the next reunion or a quiet getaway!

Perfection in (and of) Palm Springs

We chose the Twin Palms Art House for a reunion of widely scattered, long-time friends who love art, great food and conversation--and it was perfect. We wanted an iconic mid-century modern Palm Springs experience, and we got it!
Near downtown in a renowned and quiet neighborhood of mid-century modern homes, the house features authentic, colorful, (and very comfortable!) furnishings and decor. The large art collection is well-curated and, like the house, both impressive and whimsical.
The exterior is completely private and carefully designed for outdoor living, with a lavish, protected lounge over looking the pool area, and a beautiful desert garden that wraps around the house and includes outdoor dining and multiple gathering spots.
The host, Adam, is incredibly hospitable. He's responsive, thoughtful, and highly organized. The materials to acquaint you with the house are outstanding.
Our group included great cooks, who loved the well-equipped kitchen. Aside from the original gas cooktop, all the appliances and technology are high-quality and new.
The unifying aesthetic of the whole property--color, light, comfort, ease, community and fun--made for an extraordinary experience. It was like stepping into another world. We all left refreshed and reinvigorated.
We love Adam's Twin Palms Art House and will definitely be back!

From well before they'd even arrived, it was clear that they were cultured, curious, and incredibly kind individuals. Once the were in residence, their appreciation for the nuances I've sort to incorporate into my home was truly heartwarming. These guests treated my property with the utmost respect and care, maintaining it as meticulously as I would myself.
Their keen eye for detail allowed them to fully embrace the unique spirit and ambiance I've carefully aimed to cultivated in this space. They fully understood the color palette, decor, and overall atmosphere (thanks guys!).
Their presence was a breath of fresh air, and their positive energy was palpable throughout their stay. Not only were they model guests in terms of cleanliness and respect for house rules, but they also brought a wonderful energy to the property. I was particularly touched by their genuine kindness and warm demeanor. It's rare to find guests who seem to genuinely connect with a property they may have only briefly visited but these these two did just that.

Adam did everything possible to make us comfortable, and comfortable we were! We loved everything in the house, it has a lot of personality thanks to Adam, with all amenities, a great pool, superb outdoors, plenty of kitchenware, etc. Plus it is superb as in the pictures: it captures the 'spirit of Palm Springs' perfectly! Extremely relaxing stay.
What we didn't like? That we could not stay longer!! Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about.

Our group enjoyed staying in Adam's house in Palm Springs and appreciated all the unique features. The location is ideal for exploring downtown Palm Springs, as it is close to a lot of things, and it's in a quiet neighborhood conducive for sleeping.
Beds were comfy; our group's only complaint is that the showers were a bit cramped/lacking in water pressure. The best part of the house is the pool!! Highly recommend opting to get it heated so you can go for a swim any time of the day.
Be aware that as Palm Springs has strict regulations for short-term vacation rentals, there are a few more hoops to jump through prior to your stay (like identity verification for each guest).
Overall a great stay!

The Twin Palms Art House was charming, cozy, retro and filled with a wide range of entertaining art and sculptures, loved it all.
We were a party of six and had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of privacy with the bedroom arrangement.
The outside areas were very private. We loved the firepit and spa too. There were many different areas both inside and out to relax and hang out. I wish our stay was longer.
Adam was an excellent navigator through the new Palm Springs registration process. It's never easy to get 6 people on the same page but Adam was super instructive and patient.
Before our stay he left birthday balloons and wine for our birthday boy. Super nice surprise. Each couple received a room gift bag too. Adam makes sure your stay is fabulous and all your questions or needs are met.
We wish him great success in 2025 and hope to visit again.

Upon their departure, I was thrilled to find the house in extraordinarily clean condition—If I could give seven stars out of five for how clean the house was when I got it back I would have, maybe even eight!

Was a perfect location and the house itself has a wonderful layout for a larger group. There were some weird issues with understanding how to work the spa and pool after paying for heating as the pool never fully felt warmed, but the spa was lovely. Quick trip into town via car and a nice walk to the ace and del rey for drinks.

This is such a stunning, quiet property tucked away into one of Palm Spring’s most quintessential neighborhoods.
Adam is an incredibly attentive host, and made sure to help us every step of the way during the weekend when we wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi and outside surroundings.
His home is an escape for the senses and a paradise for anyone who loves MCM, art deco and Maximalist flair. Each room had its own unique personality and even came with a thoughtful gift basket of journals, books, beauty products and a handwritten note! The beds / pillows are extremely comfortable and roomy (king size for all).
The new fire pit was a lovely, warm addition to enjoy at night and the cabanas made us feel as though we were enjoying our own private pool at an exclusive B&B.
Adam was super responsive for any questions we had and helped make each moment memorable and enjoyable — would absolutely stay here again.
